Use of the Parking Site

This car park is intended for temporary parking only during designated matchdays and events.

•

The site is for use only by customers with a confirmed booking, unless stated otherwise.

•

Entry and parking are at the vehicle owner's own risk.

Bookings and Payment

•

Bookings must be made in advance through our website https://www.liverpooleventsparking.com/, unless stated otherwise.

•

All payments are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled, in which case you may be entitled to a refund or credit at our discretion.

•

Proof of booking confirmation email may be required on arrival.

•

One vehicle change is permitted free of charge; any additional changes will incur a fee of £5 per amendment.

•

If the date of a match or event is changed, your booking will remain valid for the rescheduled date.

Opening Hours

•

The car park opens 2hrs before the event and closes 2hrs after the final whistle or end of the event.

•

Vehicles must be collected before closing time. Any vehicle not collected will be subject to a £50.00 fee which has to be paid before entry.

Liability

•

We do not accept responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal property while parked at our facility.

•

You are responsible for securing your vehicle.

Conduct on Site

•

Anti-social behaviour, dangerous driving, or misuse of the facility will result in immediate removal without refund.

•

Please respect local residents and keep noise to a minimum.

Clear signage and staff will assist with parking.

•

Please follow all instructions from staff or signage to ensure smooth operations.
